Ultimate Pilates group reformer classes allow only 4 clients per class. This allows personal attention to be given to each individual to ensure proper technique. The reformer class will be challenging, & results-driven.
Fitness Cardio Kickboxing classes are a 45 minute full body workout. The classes are geared toward beginner or intermediate level but can be adjusted to meet any fitness level or need.
Strength training & conditioning will focus on the fundamentals of toning lean muscle and training the metabolism to torch body fat. This class can be customized to any level of fitness, from beginner to advanced!
